Yay sharks!

This assignment was for a digital art class-- the teacher gave us a fortune cookie and said to draw the fortune inside. She instructed us to take a conceptual approach. My fortune was: " You will come to be recognized as an honored community leader."

More fall semester artwork!

Class project: narrative illustration

Have you ever heard the nursery rhyme hey diddle diddle? Well, I illustrated that in a more modern context; the cow is an astronaut jumping over the moon!

Class projects: last semester.

This piece is on the atonement. It was an assignment focusing on line.

This is an experiment with using the golden ratio (otherwise known as the golden mean) to help compose a piece.

Class project: editorial illustration

This is a project for one of my classes; I chose to illustrate a magazine article about bacteria that is super-strong. It can survive by eating arsenic.
